How about this …
James Reynolds | December 3, 2008I feel like I have the right to fair use. I’m using music that I own a liscence to and using it in a video that has no commercial value and I cited the musician.
The annoying thing is I have no idea who the UMG are representing here :s Tempted to file a counter claim just to know who.
Regards,
JamesR.
>>Update: I filed the following dispute claim:
“All music is credited and used legally based on my ownership licenced discs. My issue primarily resides in the fact I do not know what (if any) material I have supposedly breached copyright on because you failed to notify me. As such, until I receive further details, I am not willing for any corporation (asides from YouTube.com obviously) to have access to my videos usage statistics. Also worth noting is that I do not reside in the US or Canada.”

I have a feeling that isn’t going to work.
I don’t expect it to, at least they might tell us what bloody track it is!
It’s like the Government saying “We’re going to follow you around because we think you’re doing something.”
<____< No … No you aren’t.
Maybe we should register a WeGame account
