Nobody Reads This

I am probably going to fail this unit … #1 Because i’m not terrible good at Java and #2 because the guy who set this project is a fucking idiot.

Don’t get me wrong … I could code you this system in about 3 other languages, hell I could rig it together using just Excel.

But in Java … oohhhhh noooooo … Nothing works like it’s supposed to!

Java turns a project that should take 3-5 hours into one that takes 3-5 days. The ridiculous specification doesn’t help … We’re basically supposed to take a program that you could probably squeeze into about 40 lines of code … and turn it into 200. For no good reason.

Terribly fucking useful right? How does he magically do this?

Make it Hierarchical, Make it Object Oriented, Make it use Polymorphism.

“But Sir, this project needs none of those things - they would in fact over complicate them”

… That is of course the point.

5 Hours and only about 80 lines of code. I’m fairly sure it’s broken code to.

I am royaly boned.

On other news I’m expecting a telephone interview tomorrow concerning a Microsoft placement … That outta be interesting, i’m not particularly booming with confidence atm but i’ll try.

Anyway, i’m fucking shattered.
