Rinse Repeat
James Reynolds | August 8, 2007At the moment I barely have time to do anything, my current sleep patterns allows for very little free time – even on days off – which means i’m finding myself quite frustrated.
Picture it: You wake up (between 15:00-19:00 depending), you are still physically exhausted from the frantic work night you had before. You get out of bed, and cook some dinner. Sitting down to eat it, you watch some TV and maybe chat a bit on the internet.
You have two hours before you have to leave for work again.
Its preposterous, on your days off you still don’t get up untill late afternoon/evening which means you can’t actually do anything productive (go shopping etc.) and basically just have the evening to yourself. Then, to keep Sleep Patterns on track, you have to stay up untill atleastĀ 5 or so in the morning.
Therefore, to make the most of your days off, you basically can’t sleep.
Imagine how tired you are after 30 Hours of being awake having worked 8 Hours the night before … You’ll never make it to 5 in the morning so it all goes to hell.
That being said … If I have no free time, I can’t spend my monehs.
Bleh.
Hope you’re having more fun than me!
James.
